Like many, the pandemic showed me just how much I had neglected myself, my healing and my growth and it opened my eyes to how common that neglect is amongst my tribe and community. Thus, I’ve taken my some of my personal daily practices to remind women of the importance of slowing down and tapping into self— not just for their personal good, but for the good of everyone around them. Through part 1: self, my mission is to create a safe space to remind women of their power as we release, breathe, build community and surrender to our highest good.

I never realized how grounding nature was until I fully immersed and surrendered to her healing powers during the pandemic. Whether it’s a picnic in the park, meditation in the grass, or simply sitting and observing, nature has a way of giving us all exactly what we need, when we need it.
